Here fertilizer production main refers to organic and compound fertilizer production. As we all know, fertilizer refers to a type of material that provides one or more essential nutrient elements for plants, improves soil properties, and improves soil fertility. It is one of the material foundations of agricultural production. So how to produce fertilzier? We will introuduce organic and compound fertilizer production technology.

How to manufacture organic fertilzer?

In summary, the organic fertilizer production process roughly includes: raw material selection (animal manure, straw, sludge, grass charcoal, etc.) → fermentation treatment → ingredient mixing → granulation → cooling and screening → metering and sealing →  finished product storage.



1. Select raw material.

The raw materials of organic fertilizer production are vairous. You can use animal manure, straw, you can also use tea residue, biogas residue or sugar factory filter residue, etc.

2. Ferment raw materials thoroughly-- composting

In order to get good organic fertilizer, you need compost raw materials. There are 3 mathods for you choose. The first one is windrow type composting, groove type composting, tank type composting.

3. Mix ingredient

If you want to improve organic fertilizer quality, you can add some functional bacteria. But you need mix them evenly before granulating.

4. Granulate organic fertilizer

After composting, you can get powder organic fertilizer, if you want to get fertilizer granules, you need use fertilizer granulator. 

5. Dry and screen organic fertilizer pellets

Before packing fertilizer, you need reduce to fertilizer moisture to about 15%. Therefore, you need dry them, then you can use fertilizer screening machine to get qualified fertilizer granules.

6. Pack fertilizer.

Finished organic fertilizer can be packed into bags to store or sell.

Compound fertilizer production process.

Unlike organic fertilzier, producing compound fertilizer is easier than organic fertilizer. 



Firstly, you can buy raw materials from manufacturers. If you want to make NPK fertilzier, you only need to purchase N, P, K raw materials.

Then use a mixer or automatic batching machine to mix them in proportion, and then use a granulator to produce granular compound fertilizer.

Finally, like packing organic fertilizer, you can bag the finished compound fertilzier.
