Rack part: All the working bodies of the machine are all installed and fixed on the rack. The frame of the machine is made of medium carbon steel plate and channel steel welded, and through strict quality control and specific process requirements, to achieve the purpose of this machine, there are hoisting holes in the middle of the four corners of the frame to facilitate loading and unloading transportation.

Transmission connection part: The motor drives the pulley, the V-belt and the reducer to drive the machine head to work. Among them, the transmission reducer and the working part of the roller granulating equipment  are meshed with nylon pin couplings to transmit and drive.

The working part of crushing and separation: the material flows into the crushing chamber on the lower side after being squeezed by the rollers, and the pellets and the returning material can be separated by the rotation of the double-shaft mace.

The use and maintenance method of dry rolling granulator as following:

1. When using, it should be noted that there should be no hard objects such as stones and iron blocks in the raw materials. After more than ten shifts (8 hours for each shift), the rollers need to be disassembled, and high temperature resistant grease should be added to the bearings to make the rollers work. The double shaft extrusion granulator has the characterisctics of good performance, prolong bearing service life.

2. During granulation, it is strictly forbidden to contact the pressure roller and the template for idling.

3. If the particles are broken or not compacted, the crude fiber material formula should be reduced to less than 50%.

4. If there is no granulation and no material during granulation, the membrane plate should be removed, and after opening one by one, some fiber materials can be added appropriately to restart the granulation.

5. The tightness of the belt should be checked frequently, and the oil seal should be replaced in time if the gearbox is leaking oil.
