1. Screw

3. Cone
This is a conical cylinder located in the discharge area, which can be moved back and forth to match the ring fixed on the screw shaft. The forward and backward movement of the cone is driven by a speed-adjusting motor through a gear composed of four jacks, and a manual adjustment mechanism is also provided. Through the back and forth movement of the cone, the area of orifice at the outlet is increased or decreased to change the pressure in the machine, thereby adjusting the dehydration rate of the solid-liquid type of dehydrating machine. After the rubber is extruded from the cone orifice, it is cut into small pieces by a cutter mounted on the screw shaft. Because the rubber is subjected to the shear and compression of the machine inside the machine to increase the temperature, the water in the rubber flashes when passing through the cone orifice, making the rubber loose and porous.
How does the solid-liquid dewatering equipment?
After the sludge is flocculated by the flocculant, a certain strength floc is formed.
