How much the pig dung management cost?

The input cost of pig manure organic fertilizer includes: plant construction cost, organic fertilizer equipment cost, labor cost, etc. Because the price of organic fertilizer changes every year, we calculate the profit of organic fertilizer based on the general price that has not fluctuated much in recent years.

The production line of pig manure organic fertilizer processing plant is divided into two types: pellet production line and powder production line. The prices of these two devices are not the same. The prices of the two organic fertilizers sold in the market are also different.



The equipment used in the organic fertilizer granule production line is: manure  fermenting turning machine, grinder, rotary drum of granulator, sieving machine etc. The cost is between 500,000 and 5.6 million. The equipment used in the powdery organic fertilizer production line is: fermentation turning and polishing machine, grinder, automatic packing machine costs 180,000-200,000.

The powdery organic fertilizer production line uses fewer machines than the granular organic fertilizer production line, and the investment is relatively small. Therefore, in the market, powdered organic fertilizer is cheaper than granular organic fertilizer. The price of powdered organic fertilizer is 300-600 yuan/ton, while the price of granular organic fertilizer is 750-1000/ton. Powder organic fertilizer removes the cost, and the profit is between 150-200, and the granular fertilizer removes the cost and the profit is between 200-400 yuan.

Based on the total profit of the organic fertilizer plant produced by the  pig dung organic fertilizer plant each year minus the cost of building plants, labor, and purchasing equipment, the net profit can earn 300,000 to 400,000.
