1. 3. Purchase fertilizer equipment: commercial composting equipment, fertilizer granulation production line machine, and some auxiliary equipment.



4. Construction plant: during the application process of fertilizer registration, relevant personnel will come to the factory to take samples for testing. In fact, there are two purposes for sampling in the factory. One is to see whether your factory is standardized, and the other is to take samples to check whether your products are up to standard. So the factory should be built first.

5. Trademark application: you must apply for your own trademark and design product packaging.

6. Application for fertilizer registration certificate: with the company's business license, factory, own trademark and product packaging, the local government can apply for fertilizer registration and obtain temporary fertilizer registration certificate.



Area of organic fertilizer plant

The organic fertilizer plant covers an area of about 1000 square meters with an annual output of 10000 tons according to the output and equipment configuration. The smallest fermentation site also needs 5 mu of land. The whole plant area also includes the finished product warehouse, raw material warehouse, fermentation workshop, production workshop and office area, with a minimum area of 15 mu.
