1. Raw material supply

The raw materials required for the production of organic fertilizers mainly include biological strains, organic and inorganic substances and various trace elements. Organic matter can be selected from local raw materials (grass soil, poultry manure, coal ash, garbage sludge, agricultural and sideline product waste, etc.) according to local conditions; trace elements can be purchased from the market.

2. Site planning

The plant is planned to produce 10,000 tons of organic fertilizer (granules) per year. It is calculated based on 300 production days per year. The daily output is 30-35 tons. It needs to be fermented 120-140 m, calculated based on 15-day fermentation days: Fermentation tank The volume is 2250-2650 m3. In addition, the trough-type stacker occupies 28 m3 of the tank, and the total volume of the fermentation tank is 2300-2700 m3. Therefore, it is recommended to build two fermentation tanks with a volume of 120 m x 8 m x 1.2 m.

3. Equipment selection

Crusher: It is used for crushing materials, which is convenient for the subsequent materials and bacteria to be mixed evenly, and the fermentation is sufficient, which is convenient for granulation.

Mixer: It is used to fully mix various materials and bacteria.

Compost machine: It is a special equipment for groove type fermentation. It has the functions of overturning, material removal and dehydration to ensure that the mixture is fully fermented. It is a key equipment for factory production of organic fertilizers.
