The results showed that the optimal moisture content was 45% ~ 50%, the optimal carbon nitrogen ratio was 30 ~ 35 ∶ 1, the optimal pH value was 7.5 ~ 8.5, and the optimal fermentation temperature was 60 ~ 65 ℃. Good fermentation equipment could ensure the optimal fermentation conditions.

The annual output of 5000 tons of organic fertilizer production line is as follows:

1. The ground dumper or trough tipper does not need to build a tank, but directly forms the material into a strip pile, and uses a wheel type compost machine to ride the straddle type to turn over and ferment.
