How to solve the problem of manure pollution for 5000 pigs?

The results showed that the optimal moisture content was 45% ~ 50%, the optimal carbon nitrogen ratio was 30 ~ 35 ∶ 1, the optimal pH value was 7.5 ~ 8.5, and the optimal fermentation temperature was 60 ~ 65 ℃. Good fermentation equipment could ensure the optimal fermentation conditions.
The annual output of 5000 tons of organic fertilizer production line is as follows:
1. The ground dumper or trough tipper does not need to build a tank, but directly forms the material into a strip pile, and uses a wheel type compost machine to ride the straddle type to turn over and ferment. Using tank fermentation, according to your production scale, you need to build 1-5 fermentation tanks with a width of 3 meters and a length of 40-60 meters. The fermentation products are continuously put into the fermentation tank, and the overturning and throwing fermentation is carried out by using the tipping machine. 3. Drum screening machine: the fermented pig manure organic fertilizer will be screened to separate the large pieces and foreign fiber inside, which is convenient for the next step of semi wet material crushing and granulation packaging.
