What are the steps to ferment horse manure into organic fertilizer?

1. Homogenize the starter. Add 2kg organic fertilizer fermentation broth to 1 cubic meter of material, absorb 50-100 times of fermentation liquid with water, and then spray evenly on the material.

2. Adjust carbon nitrogen ratio. The C / N ratio of fermented fertilizer should be kept at 25-35:1, pH value should be adjusted to 6-8 (PH), C / N ratio of horse manure should be 12.7, and wheat straw should be 97. According to the C / N ratio of 30, horse manure: wheat straw = 4:1

3. Adjust the moisture of horse manure. In the process of organic fertilizer fermentation, whether the moisture content is suitable is very important. It should not be too high or too low, and should be kept at 60-65%. If fresh horse manure is used, it should be treated with a dehydrator.

4. Build piles of horse manure. When making fermentation pile, it is not necessary to make it too small or too short, which will affect fermentation. Generally, the height is about 1.5 meters, the width is about 2 meters, and the length is more than 2-4 meters.

5. Turn over the pile. In order to make the hair full, you can use the compost turnover equipment to flip the horse manure pile regularly. Generally, after 48 hours of horse manure accumulation, the temperature will rise to 50-60 ° and reach 65 ° or more on the third day. Under this high temperature, it will be turned over once. In general, there will be a high temperature of more than 65 ° for 2-3 words in the fermentation process, and the fermentation can be completed after 2-3 times.

6. Fermentation finished. The fermentation can be completed in about a week, so that the material deodorization, fermentation, sterilization and insecticidal.

After fermentation, horse manure has better fertilizer efficiency, more safe and convenient use, and can also improve the utilization rate of organic fertilizer. Not only horse manure can ferment organic fertilizer, but also animal manure, straw, litter, bark, sawdust, etc. can ferment organic fertilizer, and the fermentation method is basically the same. No matter what material is used to ferment organic fertilizer, the moisture content should be well controlled.
